{"id":2313,"date":"2016-04-16T22:03:13","date_gmt":"2016-04-16T22:03:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/?p=2313"},"modified":"2016-04-16T22:03:13","modified_gmt":"2016-04-16T22:03:13","slug":"mealtime-transformation-surveys-are-in-and-im-surprised","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/mealtime-transformation-surveys-are-in-and-im-surprised\/","title":{"rendered":"Mealtime Transformation Surveys Are In&#8211;and I&#8217;m Surprised"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Many thanks to everyone who completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/FLSYJZN\" target=\"_blank\">Meal Time Transformation Survey<\/a> that we shared <a href=\"http:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/2016\/04\/16\/spark-a-transformation-in-your-food-life\/\" target=\"_blank\">in the last post<\/a>.\u00a0 We also got responses from several classes and events over the last month.\u00a0 In summary, you all have enlightened me!<\/p>\n<p>I learned that a food life transformation is not a foreign concept.\u00a0 I wondered whether you might think it was a weird idea, but almost everyone had thought about it, would like to experience it, and are very or somewhat ready to experience it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>Here was one write-in comment from a reader visiting Italy (can you tell?!)\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px;\"><em>&#8220;Absolutely I believe in transformation around food.\u00a0 It&#8217;s important to be in a good mood when you cook.\u00a0 You want to put love into the meal.\u00a0 It&#8217;s not only about good ingredients, it&#8217;s about the energy of the person working with the food.
