But if there is cilantro or parsley in my shopping bags, I force myself to wash them immediately and set them to dry in a colander for the rest of the day&#8211;and even overnight&#8212;in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6623\" src=\"http:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Cilnantro-Washing-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"395\" height=\"296\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Cilnantro-Washing-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Cilnantro-Washing.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 395px) 100vw, 395px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I turn the bunch a couple times to dry it as much as possible, then I place in an airtight storage container.
