Honey-Ginger Sauce, for instance, can also be used on chicken, pork, stir-fried rice and many vegetables.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Following is a quick summary of the dish. And following the recipe summary, check out the New Ingredient Notes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1: Season Fish<\/strong> and allow to firm while making sauce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Make Sauce<\/strong> by stirring together and warming honey, soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic granules, toasted sesame oil, chile flakes and orange juice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3: Fry Fish<\/strong> (and optional green onions) in coconut oil, until fish is cooked halfway through. Flip fish, pour in sauce and cook fish through. Drizzle over cooked fish and serve. While I&#8217;m still a fresh garlic snob, I admit that granules are surely a nice shortcut&#8211;especially for sauces and spice blends! They are also coarser than powdered garlic which makes them better for certain uses <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.allrecipes.com\/granulated-garlic-vs-garlic-powder-7500066?utm_source=getresponse&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=general__list&amp;utm_content=A%20Lowdown%20on%20Instant%20Pots%20%2B%20Micronutrients%20%2B%20Honey%20Ginger%20Sauce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">as explained in this article<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Bottled OJ<\/span><\/strong>: In the past I always kept a can of OJ in the freezer to add a little sweet citrus flavor to a sauce or dish. But I&#8217;ve been having a hard time finding frozen oj&#8211;have you? One day, walking through the bottled juice aisle I saw this bottled version. What I don&#8217;t use immediately, I freeze in ice cube trays and store in a Mason jar (<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/kitchen-tip-handy-tomato-paste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">just like extra tomato paste<\/a><\/span>!)
