Indeed it did a great job! Here&#8217;s how I used it to make stir fry.<\/p>\n<p>Using the deadly prongs in the corner of this special cutting board, I skewered the onion so I could quarter it with my left hand (because my right chopping arm was incapacitated after shoulder surgery!) Done just that quick!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7415\" src=\"http:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Fast-Food-Processor-the-Dish-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"351\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Fast-Food-Processor-the-Dish-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/cookhappylivehealthy.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Fast-Food-Processor-the-Dish.jpeg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 351px) 100vw, 351px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>NOTES<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">When and How to Use Seed Oils:<\/span><\/strong> This is a recipe where I used 1 Tablespoon of safflower oil to stir fry because I was going to top it with an Asian sauce&#8211;which pairs better with a neutral oil&#8211;plus it can handle the high heat of stir frying without smoking. Note, however, it&#8217;s not the end of the world if you use olive oil, just plan on sauteing over medium heat rather than stir frying. A couple ways to minimize: 1) Just rinse the processor parts, but do so right after use before food gets stuck on; 2) Pop them all in the dishwasher; or 3) Reserve the processor for dishes that require a lot of sliced vegetables<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Multiple Dishes<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 Better yet, after using the processor for one dish, prep the vegetables for another dish!
