A Couple Questions for You

What do the meals of your dreams look like?

Have you ever stopped to visualize them?  What would they taste like?  What kinds of foods would they feature? Would they be rich in vegetables?  More balanced? Would they be really flavor-ful and tempting?  Would you be excited to eat them?  And after a meal would you feel happy and satisfied that you took care of yourself well?

What will it take to make those meals of your dreams?

How can you do it consistently?  How can you beat the boredom that zaps your motivation? How can you make decent meals when you’re so darn busy, tired or low on energy?  Why do you fail to make good meals even though you really want to?

How would you like to join a small group where we can focus on the challenges you face getting healthy meals on the table?  Where we can strategize winning solutions and build the skills you need to be successful?  Where you can get support and encouragement to achieve your cooking dreams and eating goals?

Join Healthy Kitchen Companion Mary Collette for an intimate, small group intensive in her kitchen and:

What Others Say

I took Mary’s”healthy cooking” class and I just had to shout out how great it was. Mary is sparkling and funny and energetic and she knows her stuff. I learned how to cook food that is not only healthy but delicious. (Before, those two characteristics seemed fairly incompatible to me.) I learned this is a lifestyle and state of mind. I can’t gush about her enough.

I like being able to cook my own food now.  I don’t have to go to Whole Foods or somewhere else and get prepared food that’s really expensive and has a lot more calories than I want.  Six months ago I couldn’t imagine being able to do this.”

Stacey, private client

“You are a great teacher. I really like your approach of a basic framework that we can then mix and match using the various protein-veggie-starch-seasonings options to customize our meals.”

Your Part of Our Partnership

What does it take on your part to join me and get all the valuable learning, skills, tools and cooking instruction that are included in this week long program?

Just $395 for all 25 hours of instruction

+ $ 95 food and materials cost

  • Think of the money you spend on prepared foods and restaurant meals (usually not-so-healthy) because you can’t get organized and energized to make your own good meals.

  • Think of what you pay for pills, supplements, doctor visits and so on. What if you could save bundles on those things, just by spending a week getting educated and jazzed to make your own, health-giving meals?

  • Now think how wonderful it would be to enjoy the healthy weight and good energy that comes from eating well . . .

. . . and I think you’ll agree that $395 is a small price to pay!

If you’ve been to my classes, you know I put a lot of energy and effort into them–because I so want to be of service to help our communities become healthier and realize all the good things that come with good health.

This is probably why my classes consistently receive 9s and 10s on evaluations–and why you won’t be sorry to invest in a value-packed week with me.  I feel confident you’ll find that it’s a small price to pay for a set of skills, tools and systems that will benefit you for the rest of your meal making life.

Cooking + A Whole Lot More

While this is a cooking class, it is so much more than just that!   A lot of people don’t know that 60% of meal making has nothing to do with the chopping, frying and mixing that we usually think of as cooking.  So if you’re struggling to make good meals, it’s likely that you’re missing all or part of that 60%.  But don’t worry, you’ll learn all about and start doing those missing parts–then don’t be surprised when you start meeting with more and more success in the kitchen and start achieving your healthy eating hopes and dreams.

What You’ll Learn at Summer Camp
