In this season of resolutions, here’s something to consider: Life Voids.
On a scale of 1 to 10, are you getting what you want from life? Or is there an uncomfortable void somewhere? Maybe you don’t know what to do with it, so you ignore it. But is it still niggling at the back of your brain, waiting . . . ?
** What if there was a way to nurture and nourish whatever void you’re experiencing, give it breath and life, fill it with meaning?
** What if you could get the something more out of life that you yearn for?
** What if you could feel that life isn’t just passing you by–that you’re fully occupying it, being in it, living it?
If these questions are causing a bit of a stir inside you, I hope you’ll watch the replay of my webinar with Sheree Clark:

Check out Sheree’s short “assignment” that asks more provocative questions to get us thinking deeply about possibilities like these.
Then watch as I demonstrated a couple super simple recipes (a salad and dessert!) and talk about how the daily act of meal making can serve as a path to self-revitalization and self-love that is both old and new. Get the recipes here.
